I grew up believing that great BBQ and great steak share the same foundation: patience, discipline, and restraint. At our Sedona smokehouse, we fire up the pits every morning, trim each brisket by hand, cut our steaks in-house, and let time and technique do the heavy lifting. No shortcuts, just real wood, steady heat, and flavors built the right way.
